Moniek Peek is nowadays also the dedicated illustrator for a number of authors and publishers of children’s books. That gives her enormous pleasure and also a sneaky opportunity to release her inner child again for a while. Whether she’s illustrating children’s books or books for adult readers, she has a very clear vision: “You need to be moved by a drawing, so that it becomes a part of the story.”
